Safety & Equipment Disclaimer:

Intended Use: All helmets offered by Armor Ride are designed as protective headgear for specified activities (e.g., cycling, riding). Users are strictly responsible for selecting the appropriate helmet type (Bike, Open-Face, or Full-Face) suitable for their specific activity and speed requirements.
Proper Fit & Wear: Protective gear is only effective when properly fitted, buckled, and worn according to manufacturer instructions. Armor Ride is not liable for injury resulting from incorrect size selection, improper adjustment, or misuse.
Impact Replacement: Helmets are designed to absorb energy during an impact by partial destruction or damage. Any helmet involved in an accident or severe impact must be replaced immediately, even if visual damage is not evident.
Color & Image Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our helmets that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
