At Armor Ride, we are committed to rider safety and standing behind the quality of our products. All helmets sold on armorride.store—including Bike Helmets, Open-Face Helmets, and Full-Face Helmets—are constructed from high-grade protective materials and tested to meet strict quality standards.
To give you peace of mind, we provide a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty on all new helmets purchased directly from our official store.
1. Warranty Coverage & Duration
- Warranty Period: One (1) Year from the original date of delivery to the customer.
-
Eligible Products: All new, unused-at-purchase helmets purchased on
armorride.store. - Scope: This limited warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
2. What Is Covered Under Warranty?
Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers structural or manufacturing flaws that prevent the helmet from functioning as intended under normal use, including:
- Defective chin straps, buckles, or retention adjustment dials.
- Faulty visor mechanisms, ratchet systems, or visor hinges.
- Delamination or separation of the outer shell from the inner EPS foam liner due to manufacturing adhesive failure.
- Material flaws in stitching, padding attachment points, or internal linings present upon arrival or developed under normal care.
3. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, wear and tear, or improper care. Specifically, the warranty does NOT cover:
- Crashes, Impacts, or Drops: Helmets are designed to absorb impact energy by partial structural damage or destruction. Any helmet involved in a crash, accident, or dropped onto a hard surface is deemed to have served its protective function and MUST be replaced. Damage caused by impacts is not a manufacturing defect.
- Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic scratches, scuffs, paint chips, fabric fading due to long-term sun exposure (UV degradation), or natural degradation of padding over extended use.
- Misuse & Neglect: Damage caused by improper storage, extreme heat exposure, harsh cleaning chemicals, solvents, or modifications/alterations (e.g., painting, drilling holes, applying unapproved adhesives).
- Third-Party Modifications: Installation of aftermarket parts or communication devices that damage or alter the helmet structure.
- Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers: Items bought secondhand or from unauthorized third-party resellers.
